   I read. I read a lot. Despite the first two sentences, I can read and write above a grade-school level.

I work in publishing, live close enough to NYC to have a reasonable commute, but far enough away that I have trees and woods and beaches nearby.

I’m interested in many strange things, not just pirates (though being a pirate aficionado is no longer as strange as it once was). Bog bodies, zombies (which probably springs from the bog body thing), prehistoric monuments and archaeology.

On the lighter side, I adore bad horror movies. I love good ones too, of course. I love being scared by good movies and books.

Lest you think I’m all goth or emo, I also love the sun and being outdoors. Someday I will have a garden that I’m able to screen off from the bunnies. Till then, it’s indoor plants.
